Baccarat is my favourite game, good thing I slow down now otherwise I think I would be living on the street.

Every Sunday I would come in with five grand and play to win big. Most Sundays I would walk away with fifty grand, other nights I would walk away with twenty grand loss. To walk into the casino with five grand but to leave losing twenty grand, I'm sure you all know what happened here.

    Sorry Bro,

Dont understand the logic, please explain!!

You either have a betting account with the casino or you took some advances from the loan sharks, i didnt know they exist in Sydney, they are very common in Macau though, they are called the "deep ma jai" = kids who gives you chips!!

Gee, i am so glad i dont go to the Star anymore, i had a gambling problem and i was a roulette addict.....FFF!!!

I know of a guy that operates at Star city who will lend you money when you are losing and desperate but you better pay him back or he will send his thugs around to see you-dont borrow money from these guys is best

Mi Goreng you should do some regular exercise because this releases endorphins which make you feel good and any phsychologist will recommend exercise if you are suffering depression. Also just join a gym and you will meet other guys there you can exercise with. Also there are some bros who are happy just to go to brothel or massage once or twice a week for female company but for me this is not enough and need regular girlfriend to hang with and of course sex.Why do you think the WL who spend 30 hours a week with men still wants regular boyfriend. Its different. There are plenty of single girls in Sydney for you.Sometimes best to meet a girl through friends or study.I know your situation cause ive been there.

My day is over again .. Same routine , finished my gambling at casino , headed home , another day has come. Thanks Stevedog , I really think I should start seriously to reconsider to study again. And yes i should go to the gym to do some exercise , I used to take a cab which is 15-20 minutes walk away to the casino but nowadays I walk there and home . Maybe I should stop punting as its really meaningless and emptiness in the heart . Thanks guys for the concern , much appreciated !

Mi goreng, start by doing small things. not too much pressure but lets say do 1 thing new a day. theres no need to go to a gym - even a 30 minute brisk walk around a large park like Centennial Park is good for example or around your area.

Remember a change of scenery or a change of hair cut is just as good as a holiday. keep it simple. maybe you have a hobby or an interest that might be good for you bro. I am not sure but making a list of a few things to do each day might help. i think its called goal setting. My hobby is eating. every time a girl asks me where the best place to go for Japanese, Spanish, Brazilian, Vietnamese, Italian even Nepalese food - they know they can count on me as I have tried everything. my confidence is up - even though I am overweight - I hate masterchef for making me hungry all the time ...anyway

best of luck mi goreng bro

After reading more of your story, I think your body image and self esteem may affect which direction of life you are taking. May be at this moment, you should concentrate on losing some weight and slim down to a toned body, just look at those biggest loser TV, they usually have a happy ending and I'm sure your are no where near those contestants in terms of size and overweight, but I guess if you would drop 10-15 Kilo, it will do your self confidence, body image and overall health a world of good. Jenny Craig is usually quite effective and you follow their dietary advices together with some coached and programmed exercises, you shall see some immediate results in 2 to 3 weeks,

Then I think you will be a new man, fitter, leaner looking, and you will be surprise how girls will suddenly more easy to pick up and so on.

    Just my 2 cents

    Good luck

    Cheers

Good luck man. Just be more confidence about yourself. That also can change your mood and depression.

You live in a city with amazing natural environment yet you prefer to be in an artificial manufactured environment. Go buy a sufrboard, kayak, stand up paddle board, bike or fishing rod

agreed - bike riding around Centennial Park on Weekends will allow you to pick up lots of chicks.. especially if you have rented a bicycle or better to burn calories - roller blades..!

heck you might just bump into the girl of your dreams. I fell over a girl at Manly beach a few years ago (clash of the roller blades and very clumsy both of us haha) and she was one of the most amazing girlfriends I ever had. however her parents did not like an Asian guy dating a blonde Caucasian girl. She liked that I was like a nice cuddly fat teddy bear with great sex drive haha...

Gambling addiction is soul destroying, ive also felt the same despair bro

Lots of good tips offered already, my advice:

Try to build meaningful relationships (although perhaps not necessarily with WLs, as so often they are lost souls too!)

Enjoy more meaningless sex - if you have the income fulfil every sexual desire, indulge yourself while you are young, later in life you will not regret it.

Engage in occassional recreational drug use - enjoy yourself and broaden your horizons at the same time, but remember to follow the rule of moderation

Invest in you own spirituality - write poetry, learn philosophy, paint a landscape, whatever you find most fulfiling

This is what I mean also to keep you motivated put your headphone on walk around lunch time so you will see other people having a relaxing time while their having lunch in the park and dont forget the girls your mind wont be so lonely walk from corner liverpool and elizabeth to Royal Botanic Garden I am sure you will see many good things to keep you occupy . It is in our human nature if were bored we get lazy but if were excited times fly so look around and get a bit fitter is a start.

OMG , even 5* bro is here to comment about NiCo , well I guess I should give her a book someday. Its s long time i go 5* , maybe its t im i go there and pay some of the lovely girls a visit .. Thanks so much for all bros' lovely advice , I just came back from SEPIA , well paid 1k for my friends ( should consider as family as they treat me as the same way ) and tipped the waitstaff $200. Gosh , should say their service is very professional , even I'm going with some early 20's Asian people who know nothing about fine dining , but still they treated us and gave the best service I had ever experienced . Worth to go for a meal there . A thumbs up for the restaurant !

out of curiosity .... does the reason u broke up with your ex have something to do with your gambling habit?
