By the way you post a while back and now you seem like a nice soft guy but its time for you to wake up. You have to do something if you wanted her back even after her BF pound her ass frankly speaking you have to show her what you got meaning improvement as you guys broke up and she found someone if he was worst than you can have a look in this is just the way it is if she is content than there is only one way win her back or move on and find someone better. If some one mention you look 35 but your mid 20s fix it dude ??? I am early 40s but can get away with late 20s so fix it this is the reason I keep on saying love your self.

Good on you it is time for you to forget than as it is not normal to think of someone for to long. If you loose a twin brother who actually FS a girl together and a memory of 30years + thats is close you will feel pain for at least 2 to 3 years so hopefully you will find something to do to keep you busy.

i think you are so bored to the point your communication with others rely on gambling, this forum and WL / ML
agree with IE's advice here
you need to loss at least 10 to 15kg body fat and gain strength and improve your cadio
get a male PT for strength training 1 hour a day 5 days a week
get a female PT for cardio for half hour a day 5 days a week
join a run group on the morning and do early morning swimming in the outdoor swimming pool
improve your diet, start to eat good food instead of junk
stop gambling, do fitness training everyday, go shopping for good food, read books in outdoor cafes
your personal well being is far more important, at the moment, you are fucked, so wake the fk up, and do something about it
you will thank me in 3 months time if you are going to make the change, and it will benefit you for the rest of your life

X is X anyway, the life in AUS is so fantastic and you can do a lot else to enrich your life even you are single. Learn some guitar or find a sales job which provide mroe opportunities to communicate with the ppl.

I am resting been a big week have to do inspection at 8am in the morning apart from 5* teasing I was tempted. Go to sleep or go watch a movie and sleep early good for your health. You dont wanted to die at 42 like the Indian CEO he was fit as a fiddle but he lack of sleep and die from a hearth attack at 42. I try to sleep more than 7 hours a day.

Anywhere there is no 100% win in gambling , just say i'm using a big capital to win a small amount.
Sigh , to be honest , i spend more than 70% of my time sitting in the internet cafe now playing some stupid LOL game , thats about it ,
A couple of friends came here to for Amei's concert and is busy entertaining them ..
