Anyone here had a vasectomy? Considering getting one but concerned about reversal and recovery time.

Any stories / recommendations highly appreciated

Do you need to freeze sperm incase it's not reversed?
I'm interested to see other people replies but I don't think I'd consider it unless I was older or had kids :/

I got the snip when I was 21.

Simple procedure physically, but if you're having second thoughts or worried about reversals, I don't think you should do it.

Assuming you don't have kids yet, be certain you don't want kids, and don't do it as a means of birth control or because your partner "suggested it". Do it for yourself.

Had the snip in 2016, was back in the saddle at the recommendation of my urologist "to have as many ejaculatory experiences as possible before returning for a sperm test" within 7 days.

Day surgery, affordable ... totally worth it.
