Restaurant industry is different than the sex industry. Restaurant staffs can eat at other restaurants without getting into trouble, because they can’t steal recipes ! But sex shop owner can’t punt at other shops without being suspected of poaching…

I think moral of the story here is, probably not a good idea to become an owner if you really like to punt in shops. Can probably get a lot of pussy using "other methods" though. If you're successful, your rep in the underworld would probably be good. That means you'd have access to young girls that hang with the gangs going out to party (karaoke, clubs, etc).

In these circumstances the girls have been able to dictate terms, both in prices and services offered. There is no good reason why a girl should agree to any special deals for the boss. So far as testing the girls on application is concerned, why should the girls agree. Even if she turns out to be a dud she can still make good money for herself and the boss, for a few weeks at the worst.

I am ancient enough to remember the "recession we had to have," when over supply, of otherwise unemployed females was the situation for a year or three. Prices were down and inclusive extras were quite common. Good for punters while it lasted, but sadly it did not last. Bosses probably felt the same.

Imagine sampling your wife's best friend in front of your wife just because they're best friends and you're married to one of them.

Basically only stupid entitled brothel owners think they can sample their workers for free. I don't think many girls would agree to it, psychologically many women see someone that they've had sex with once but crosses path almost every week as awkward. And no one likes awkward situations.

I've been in close calls a few times with co-workers in previous office workplaces. Flirting which almost end up with us kissing when the boss isn't in the office. Just go to another shop and sample girls from that shop that isn't also working in yours.
