A flashing OPEN sign is usually indicative of an RnT.
So is a shop open later than 6PM.
Apologies if this topic has been raised previously but for the new punter without access to sites like these it can often be difficult to establish which shops are legit and which ones are RnT (or even more !!). Anyway, over time I came up with the following criteria which on most occasions served me well:
Shop in major shopping centre (e.g. Westfields) - legit
Shop in smaller shopping centre/street with open, well-lit foyer - legit
Ground floor shop in smaller shopping centre/street with heavy curtains (can't really see inside) - RnT
Upstairs shop in shopping street - RnT
Industrial estate - Probably a brothel!!
Anyone else have similar thoughts? Any pleasant or unpleasant surprises? Of course, you could still have shops where some do and some don't.

- If the waiting room is visible from outside the premises - most likely legit
- Totally agree on location
- If open to 21:00 or later - most likely RnT
- If staff wear uniforms - my experience has been legit as RnT generally wear street clothes and oflen show more flesh
- Funny one, but incense burning - my experience, generally legit if the incense is on a counter etc
- Land line numbers advsertised - know this is not 100% but if only land line is available, mostly legit
How about a male on the reception desk?

shop fit out, if its basic and looks cheap, RNT and if they advertise on locanto
If they advertise the names of the girls and use words like "attractive" then it is RNT.
What is more challenging for us punters are the shops which are generally legit but have some ML that offer happy endings. For example, I has this experience at a Thai shop in the middle of Norton St, Leichhardt. It has female customers but on the second visit (first visit was legit), the ML offered happy ending but fully clothed. On the third visit she stripped named for an extra $50.
Test run mobile number on WeChat
Did this yesterday with 421 Church street Parramatta

Bingo
Long long time ago there was a very long thread in the Brisbane forum talked about signs that you could tell whether a massage shop is RnT or not. I was a very popular and busy thread with so many valid points.
A few more subtle indicators
- delapidated shopfront, interior and furnishings
- cash only
- an assortment of worn out red/white towels on a portable clothes line
- waste bins full of tissues and used frangers
Detailed info in each girl on the website is also a dead giveaway. eg. Age, height, cup size, etc...
Also if they simply display a pricelist based on time rather than a breakdown of specific/legit massage services.
Rnt clues…one is the pricing, currently the average for 30-45-60 minutes is $55-65-75 . They would hardly advertise 1.5 hrs, 2 hr massages.
And another one is double girl massage
If the google reviews on the website are mainly from women it's probably legit. If they are all from women it's probably not entirely legit.
