May I ask why that is the case? I know there are many reasons why establishments could fold like being busted by the council, talents moving on, costs exceeding profits, etc.
However, if you have a reputable business surely the regulars would visit often. Plus, girls would also like to work there with the number of punters you are getting. Seems to me that once it is running, it would be a solid revenue-generating business (after all sex sells)
How did Covid shut downs affect the business? Perhaps not enough income to pay the rent? Did the landlord cancel the lease, or up the rent to an unsustainable level? The other shops in that corner have also closed.
