It’s probably best to stop visiting this forum if you are serious on your attempt to have a punt free month or even longer. This place isn’t gonna help you take your mind off.
For example if you see posters swear they are quitting punting but keep seeing them come back to this forum, you know they are not going to be successful in their half hearted attempt.
This forum doesn't do anything for me. It neither prompts me to punt nor does it discourage me to punt.
