Mate Canberra will be come and go - prices are what they are - you can get similar to Sydney without the range but cheaper than Brisbane

Been to a few private’s who do ok but come and go - had a funny experience in a hotel where she had to come down to lobby - lift was full so was hilarious

Not regular enough to name but the shop in the main road with trans io from the hotels is one option and a few options right in the city - there is a dodgy block at back of cbd near casino side to steer clear of too

Different shops provide different services. And so does the privates . My suggestions will depend upon the services you prefer. Im a local here and often visit places around city. Lemme know what you wanna try

It's hard to give a extras price guide since like any city depending on where you go and how busy that place is and the quality of the girls the extra's vary you can even have same shop different prices, but a good idea is extra's prices close to sydney but with less choice and quality.
