As most of you are aware, we have a high standard at our shop and are committed to maintaining these standards and providing excellent service to our clients. If you are one of the clients who want to try new girls (new to either the industry or our shop), it's often the case that the new girls might feel we are too strict or too serious and may initially find meeting our standards challenging and might complain. Most new girls won’t do well until they gain some work experience, and the initial learning period is stressful for both shop owner and new girls - that's why a lot of shop owners don't accept new girls at all as too much effort goes into training them.
Also, some girls will always prefer shops where there is no direct oversight from shop management, allowing them to operate freely doing whatever they want, coming to work at their convenience, exerting minimal effort in their services, shortening client sessions, and setting their own prices much higher than standard massage shop prices, we have also heard that at other shops where no management of the girls occurs, some of their clients have ended up involving the police after the girls ripped them off.
Hopefully this post provides some insight into shop management in the massage industry, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
