I can’t see how this works if it’s no walk ins and in Pyrmont. Unless their VIP list all live in the area and the girls are all exclusive to that shop, no one will go.

There's a huge difference between running an illegal brothel during covid when NOTHING else is open, and trying to open a competitive brothel in Pyrmont who's whole business plan is based off exclusive and not building your customer base.

Especially if she's just rotating the same girls you can get any day of the week at a different shop. I'm not shitting on her as an owner, her business plan seems flawed. The only way I see it working is if it's literally you book and pick and choose which of her girls you what on what day and she has them meet you at a private apartment to fuck. Otherwise, running a multi room shop with no variety of women, and no planned customer growth seems stupid.

Well, you're making a huge assumption that she's "just rotating the same girls", because that ain't what happened during COVID. We got girls that were not even on roster.
I'll put it this way... if you were to tell me any other shop owner was doing a VIP setup... let's not even call it a shop yet cos we don't know any details... I'd be dubious about it. But when it comes to Nana and her handling of exclusivity for her special customers, I am 100% sure it's the real thing.

She's applying the Pareto Principle. 20% of clients contributes to 80% of total sales so might as well focus your energy on those clients. It's like a casino giving special treatment to their high rollers coz whales contributes to the majority of their revenue.

Update - the address is 121 Pyrmont street ( less than 1 minutes walk from star city.( Ex Caucasian brothel ) I think it is open this Sunday! Nana will bring her "best girl there plus new girl " mostly doing FS !
