Some money's clearly been spent on the interior fitout, it's fairly fancy, 'moody' you might say. Lots of black, sleek surfaces, green neon style strip lighting, that sort of thing.
I wouldn't say the decor is 100% to my taste, but it does look clean, stylish, upmarket. Will probably appeal to the foreign / tourist casino-goer with cash to splash, which yuo would have to think it a very large part of the target market in this location.
There are probably good reasons to minimise external upgrades and signage. Very close to residential dwellings; sex services premises are permissible development, but most people don't want a brothel two houses down. Given it is permissible there is little grounds for neighbour objections, but if there are external works they don't like they can object to that and slow down the development application approval. In best case scenario for Nana there are still existing use rights as a sex services premises for the previous place that operated from there and might get away with no DA required for use, and none if no external works (interior fitout could be done under Exempt or Complying development) - so no chance for neighbours to object.
Most councils in NSW have strict planning controls on signage for sex services premises. Street number MUST be displayed (generally) and you can put 'open' sign, other signs, artwork, advertisement has strict guidelines and can be cause for objection or take-down notice.
For those who have checked it out, what’s the parking like?
I stopped by on the weekend to check the place out but didn’t have the time for a booking. Didn’t pay much attention to the parking situation as I was on foot. I’ll probably visit properly during the week and will report back any info I have on parking.
Metered parking the out the front from what I could see yesterday. I’d say there’s parking around out the back in the lane and the side street.
On Google street view the pic is identical to what is currently there so yes nothing has changed on the outside.

There was a tournament at the Casino on Sunday afternoon that’s why I drove past the shop twice. Going there and coming back. I was stopped in the traffic at the front, there’s construction work going on, yes? I read the forum and kept a lookout for the shop on the way. Was curious. I knew there used to be a shop in the same street on the same side about 300m further north.
I looked up street view as I was interested myself in possibly going there once I delved into the poor box at the casino… it’s a charitable organisation I’ve found. Freely gives money away on occasion.
Oh and I live in the basement of my toothless grandmothers house remember? She’s the one with the crusty pantaloons. No water, a solar panel to charge the phone and a candle to cook and see by, plus a large dung beetle to keep me company as there’s no toilet either. Living the dream by keeping it simple!
So how does this shop work? Do the girls from 108 choose to work here or does mamasan choose which girls from 108 have to work here?

Parking at rear. There 3 spots. Seem there only 3 rooms so is prefect. Nana...maybe if you're the first car in...you park at the front entrance...the second car park in front the car...then the third car ..parked behind the third car etc . Best tell Nana you need a parking. ( I think that's how it works not too sure confirm with Nana) It be easy, no problem at all if you're driving. ( Nana, don't drive )

Parking situation - as woods23 says there is parking (on site) at the rear. I'm not sure you can fit three cars end to end (unless all really small cars). I parked very close to the side fence, then another car parked beside me - not too bad but a bit hard to get out. I think if three parked someone would get parked in.
Street parking is not too bad, it's easy enough to find a spot nearby during the day or week night (Friday or Saturday nights might be a bit harder that close to the Star), but virtually the whole suburb is metered parking - 1, 2 or 4 hour depending on location and timing. There are a rare few unmetered 1 hour parking spots around - hard to get though. There used to be unmetered parking around the suburb some years ago, but over the years most of the ones I knew about have disappeared.
Not far from light rail stations and reasonably short walk from the city.
I just rang the bell, that seemed to work.
Well, after booking on their Wechat.
