Raids - Time to lay low?

Today's headlines seem to be a worry, private dwellings seem to be involved. Maybe they had more than one person at residence?

    Anyone have info on this?

With total ignorance to the situation, it sounds like they're nailing pimps.

Maybe all the aunties advertising as 21 yr olds will disappear for a while.

    Folk arrested are listed as:

    48-year-old Rochedale woman
71-year-old man and 55-year-old woman from Deagon
    40-year-old Indooroopilly woman
    43-year-old woman from Sunnybank Hills

So I agree, sounds like they arrested the pimps/madams.
Also mentions the investigation was triggered by complains by the public, and helped by the department of immigration - so maybe there might be more to it.

I'm assuming the premisses were offering more than just r&t's not sure why the police would bother if so. Do you think our massage places with the happy endings are under threat?

They were all residential too which is interesting

The raids were in Deagon, Lawnton, Chermside and Caboolture South. Long way from home for peoples from Rochedale, Indooroopilly & Sunnybank Hills. As long as it was just in relation to this property having neighbours objecting to the activities and not a much wider 'crackdown'.
