Also, because I'm not comfortable asking my regular GP for it since my whole extended family goes to him and he's known me since I was a kid, I was thinking about just going to a random medical centre and getting the next available GP. Mate just grow some balls and and ask him for it the fact he consults other members of your family is no excuse to not see him since he would be the best qualified to prescribe them to you since he knows your medical history the most.

And there is such a thing as patient and doctor confidentiality.

You'll have no problem. Viagra is not a drug that is abused so doctors aren't really wary of writing scripts for it.

Go to random doctor to prescribe you with prescription, then buy it online via chemist warehouse, total damage around $23!!

I strongly disagree with this first off its just Viagra why the need to be so secretive with it?!

Embarrassment? Scared the Missus will find out?

Well dont be because I highly doubt a doctor will tell your "secret" or discuss it with anyone other than the patient which is you.

Secondly its best to see your normal GP for the reasons I mentioned being he would be the most qualified when it comes to your medical history while Viagra is not a substance that is widely abused hence the ease for people to gain access to it.

In certain situations it can become life threatening especially if you are already on a cardiovascular medication which a new GP may overlook.
