K1 is closed now. Sugar and k1 is the karaoke where you can pay girls to acompany you to drink. It costs a lot of money. But its true that its easy to get the girl to go with you if she is into you especially whenyou are a regular to that place.

That's probably right about the extra payment for going home with you. Apparently, it seems to be the things in some Asia country but I just struggle to understand the concept of paying the girls to sit with you, sing, and drink at your costs. From what I read, some of these places could cost you ten of thousands (aud) a number of lads in a single night.
Anyone has had experience and care to explain the mentality/logic behind it?
They are probably second generation inherited rich people, probably without a career. Rich people don't get rich by making illogoical decisions like this.
In Japan there is a similar thing where you can pay for a girl to sit and drink with you, they have signs on the street showing the systems, ie. how much you pay and how many drinks you get and how long you can stay, seems pretty weird to aussies where we can just rock up and pay for someone to strip at a strip club or get a massage at
a massage joint or a root at a brothel.
Also in some european countries you can do a similar thing but it is more subtle, in some "nightclubs" if you don't buy a girl an expensive drink you get shown the door ...
I guess they reckon you are being entertained by pussy you couldn't otherwise get so you have to pay for the privilege.

These places are Not brothels, and sexual services were Not on the card, it's either a high class night club where some musical entertainments are presented or simply just a club where "gentlemen can relax , have a drink with some beautiful hostesses or in many occasions - a kind of business entertainment either before or after a dinner engagement with your VIP clients.
If customers wanted to go further with these hostesses , they usually have to spend a lot of time and money to build good will and rapport before the hostesses would agree and you could imagine that when it does happen , it ain't cheap .
Hong Kong had something very similar in the past but probably tarnished a fair bit when many girls wanted to make some quick bucks and became an escort on the very first meet and would go out with the client to a hotel for FS and if not an all nighter would return to the club for the next fuck !
Many Japan TV drama have been made about these Clubs and their affairs and from time to time would become a soft porn series when they started to cast adult actresses as the hostesses such as Sora Aoi - Reon Kadena (no nude for her unfortunately !) and most famous 原幹惠 the none nude bikini Idol with the big big tits.........what else !

I tried it once in Chiang Mai in Thailand, I know its an adopted concept there. Could never really understand the whole thing but popped my head in to have a look all the same, well I was in Thailand and I felt like smiling.
