steroid creams help to a degree but its not that effective, but really depends how severe his eczema is.
since summer is coming, its only going to get worse as well.
if your case is really bad, try go to a GP or someone who can sign you up for clinical trialing for dupilumab, but judging by it being approved i think the clinical trialing might be over (not sure but worth a shot).
it will be available within either a year or two (publicly), or you can try other routes in getting it (I plead the fifth) because it is possible . Dupilumab is pretty crazy and legit but get ready to fork out lots of money, its not cheap especially if you want to plead the fifth my man.
