I don't alienate based on location. At some of those addresses yes I've had fucking awful punts, but I've also had good ones on others too. It's true that the more temporary accommodation is generally a red flag though.
And yep, I don't buy shit into those holding up the phone number pics. I was amazed anyone did since it's so piss easy to tamper.
For HABs, anything at $200 an hour will be dogshit or a catfish. $250 an hour high risk. $300 probably alright but still may be poor vfm without some second opinion.
