Successful owners, either through their marketing nouse, bravado or ability to source talent - and it takes all three to make a successful shop - don’t always want to be Mr/Ms Bigs. Brothels are headaches (the girls, the punters, the councils...) but I do know some dream of bigger things. You need good staff - girls, drivers, receiptionists, managers and back room heavies.

206/Sakura - does the same boss own a shop in Annandale? Don’t know. Avoiding a reputation and modesty are worth their weight in gold in this industry.

There is one Chinese woman - whom I’ve never met - who’s a bit of an expert in dodgy massage shops. Has a knack for it so some of my friends tell me. This savvy entrepreneur often staffs new shops with Thai girls for better massage service, more honesty and reliability. Sells off the shops once they become going concerns, where the owners then enjoy varying degrees of success.

Zetland comes to mind. I feel for the punter who was said to have bought the shop (which had a great customer base and some hot Thai girls doing FS extras) for S70k (or thereabouts) only to have developers move in and close the whole complex after his first year. Impossible to plan for.
