Was commented that the Indians are swarming ?

Well having a quick look @ Skokka, it certainly seems so.

Simple philosophy dictates that the vast majority of punters do not want to deal with leaving a trail of any kind, so if an operator will not take cash, you have a 99.9% chance they are out to scam you.

I really wonder how dumb some punters would have to be to get involved in any form of prepayment apart from cash at door ?
