A brothel in Sydney’s west has been shut down after police busted the business operating despite the citywide lockdown.
Employees and clients at the Royal Asian Brothel had earlier been fined $12,500 after police were called to the business in Rydalmere last week following a call to Crime Stoppers about a possible breach

There have been talk about mid Oct reopening of "some" hospitality premises but no indication if it included brothels. This seems to suggest a different target date for brothels.

I wouldn't take any meaning out of that date. The church got closed down for 7 days, that wasn't an indication that all churches were going to be cleared.
