I think there is a similar thread on one of the other forums for the Brisbane section. I took the advice from there and booked in at Melbas, Slacks Creek. They provide what you are looking for. They seem to also have some other services listed on their website which I haven't seen anywhere else, I think some of them would combine well with a good finish.
The car park can be entered at the rear, from the side street, and seemed quiet enough, if that is a concern.
