What do you think brothers!

An illegally operating brothel in Maroubra has been forced to close down after Randwick council successfully took court action against the premises.

The business located at 775A Anzac Pde in Maroubra Junction has development consent to provide therapeutic massage services but was found to be illegally providing sexual services.
Deputy chief magistrate Mottley from the Downing Centre Local Court handed down an $11,000 fine yesterday and ordered the property owner pay court costs of almost $7,000.
Operating a premises without the prior development consent of council is an offence under s.125 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
Randwick mayor Scott Nash said the court’s decision should be a warning sign for all illegally operating premises.
“The community can be assured that council will continue investigating and prosecuting property owners who flout Council development consents,” Cr Nash said.

You're a bit late with the news, I reported this this morning.

This was an R&T joint but I guess one girl went too far with her FS extras? Wonder if the management knew ??

The weekend girl gave a great massage, and I will miss that if the shop has closed. Perhaps just give Cici the flick and they can keep going. ?

There are a couple of R&T shops in Boyce Rd, which I think have been discussed at length previously. One of them was still operating this evening.

well, as long as they are not too close to UNSW, it should be ok

Went past this evening, and it looks like business as usual.

Probably the usual story, change in registered ownership and away they go.

Wonder if Cici still there, though?
