I had taken a simple approach for many times in many years. But this time is different. Because we always take a simple approach, serious things are often treated simply and unfairly by Papasans and Mamasans. Offence is not encouraged to be inflicted upon any punter in a shop.

Mate you have spent two days and 36 posts bagging about the shop and your experience. Sounds little strange as there is no other post from you. If I had a bad experience I would write a report and couple of reply in the thread and move on.

Since opening up after lockdown, I had atleast 5 ball breakers like yourself in less than 3 months leading to Christmas. After 40 odd years dealing with clients I can normally weed them out but Covid has mucked around with my perception. You got a refund when you clearly weren't entitled. Did you pick the money up off the floor? Of course you did. I would've told them to pick it up themselves and shove it up their arse.

Normally if you intent to sue you'll just go to see a lawyer quietly and proceed with the case.

I have two lawyers in my family. They always tell me a legal proceeding is always messy and time-consuming even I could get free legal service from any of them.

However a letter from any of them delivered to my adversary sometimes works wonder for me although it's just an empty legal proceeding threat.

Anna today is a shadow of her former self. She was fabulous when she first started. I think I saw her six times or so in her first few weeks. Her service and enthusiasm faded so I moved on. She had just gotten jaded. There were no nonsensical limits back then with her.

Do yourself a favour. Go book Rebecca at 278 for two hours and forget about this experience. If Becky kicks you out though, mate, the problem is you.

No offence to the OP but looking at this thread and the two others it seems that you got banned from N5M because of an issue (stalking from what the shop says / money issues from what you say) and you just say you will sue depending on your mood and because of your actions the girl stopped working.
At 42G you threaten to sue because Anna (who is an awesome, fun, accommodating girl and also one of the best J girl in Sydney as long as you treat her with respect) cut your session short because you couldn't respect her boundaries and when refunding (which they did) they threw money on the floor.

So, you have pretty much been banned from two shops for different reasons, and the common cause in both cases is yourself?

Agree and here's the thing I've got mates who are indian and Pakistani who are really well educated. You can tell cause they're very articulate, dress well and wears shoes. Unfortunately they get lumped with the same bad rep as the other type.

Then you have the ones that run in groups of 3-4 dudes, wearing baggy clothes that hasn't been washed in half a year, not groomed AND always wearing these fucking Jesus sandals. Like always wearing sandals. They're dirty and tight arses and disrespect women and they're the ones the girls who say no indian customers are referring to.

It is sad that the educated indian brothers get lumped in.
