Shops get rebadged all the time, usually for tax evasion, bankruptcy, escaping unpaid liabilities, change of ownership etc.

There is a very blurred line between legit shops and “extra shops” now. You can still get a HE in one of those shops inside a shopping centre and branding it “legit”. On the other hand, you can get a good pure massage a famous “extra shop”, but the girls just don’t want you to come back again 😂
