Probably deserving of its own thread if not previously discussed - but one ml claimed that she didn’t get anything from the hourly $50 at Stafford and only from the ‘tips’. I was reluctant to believe that. But it didn’t change the extras rate. If I were I swapped entirely in their role and only massaging women presented to me for fun, I don’t think it would take long to build up a minimum standard and resilience.
