Most places will have private rooms but they also have cameras/cctv is each room. If you don’t mind them watching then go for it? See if they watch the show or kick you out.

I see it's been a while since you’ve posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone's come across newer karaoke spots lately that still allow real privacy in the rooms? I’ve noticed some have changed their policies or gotten stricter. Also, do any of the Sydney places still have relaxed staff who don’t keep checking in too often? Would be great to hear some updated experiences.
