I don't live in Sydney, so when I when I come to Sydney I'm what they say when you travel, time poor and money rich.
Think of a backpacker, they can spend a few days and waste sometime finding the best value place to stay, but when you're not a backpacker and have limited time (and it's taken you a long time to get there) you just go straight for the best so you don't waste the valuable time you have.

I find it strange that people come to a thread to complain about prices or possible motives (such as being tax free and her thinking punters are chumps) without meeting this person. If you want to go to N5M go there or to that thread. Also who can blame someone for wanting to earn more money? If you were working wouldn’t you want to get paid more?

Amen to that. Every WL can choose to work for themselves and charge the rate they would like to receive. Yes, this may mean some punters will make comparisons and have an opinion on 'value for money'.

I always like to say that it's what Toyota does with the Lexus brand. Some will appreciate some added luxury but some will only see a Camry when they're passing an IS down the road.
