Massage Shops for Sale

According to a friend who read Chinese news in a local online papers he saw 3 ads of massage shops for Sale: One in City, one in Redfern and one in Canterbury.

Anyone likes to input on the phenomenon?

My theory is lower overall demand since more WFH these days and higher cost of living = reduced punting.

It would be interesting to see whether the places in the suburbs have increased foot traffic

It's normal. There are always massage shops for sale. I've seen more than 3 at a time.

WFH has surely impacted on some punters ability to punt. Before they could go to work and punt but if they're stuck at home with their wife then it's not easy to punt at shops in the city or wherever they were previously working. I would have thought the suburban shops would be picking up business if guys couldn't venture too far from home.
