With any E&B ad google the mobile number with or without +61 and remove the spaces. If you get hits for multiple ads it's more than likely a bait and switch. I also reverse image search via images.google.com right click the image, get image address, paste it in the search to see all the matches it finds - you'll find the bait and switch ads use copied photos.
