Taiwanese Mandarin and Malaysian/Singaporean Mandarin accents are very identical due to the Chinese population from all three countries coming originally from Southern China, especially the Fujian province. She is very likely Malaysian/Singaporean Chinese.

Malays are usually similar to Filos and not likely to be able to speak Chinese, although their English is as good as Filos as well. For some it's pretty hard to tell between a Malay and a Filo unless they've lived in either countries.

Saw her this week as she's back on the 310 roster, and I can confirm this is pretty spot on. Her face is pretty, and she does her make up well to complement this.

I think OP described it perfectly by putting her on the spectrum of not an extremely warm and friendly WL, but she's not an ice princess either. I kinda came in with a neutral energy without trying to be overly congenial, and it kinda resonated well. She gave little compliments and did a decent service, but yeah it's not one of the career WL go-getter type services where you go in and feel like you're treated like a king. She just gets on with the job professionally so you can't really complain about it because she ticks the boxes, but you're not gonna get whisked away to some fantasy world where she makes you think that you're some love making casanova. No complaints from me tbh, I know what I'm going in-store for and manage my expectations accordingly.
