Most of the time it's this. Those chicks who provide a true PSE just have it as their base offering and charge higher.

Anyone who offers this multi tiered service model is usually someone I just avoid.

i think that's termed honeymoon service - PSE usually involves deep throat and other over the top moves you see on some rough porn - but everyone is different - best check
