Inner city private ML/WL

Would be keen to get recommendation from the forum on the best privates within 5km from the CBD! Pre-covid I used to avoid shops, and found it more convenient to meet girls at their place. These days they are harder To find either in Locanto or EB.
My top criteria are age (under 30), looks and skills. Within the 150/200 ph range. Preferably thai, Korean or Japanese!
