There are many shops with 4-6 staff on everyday, but because expectations are lower, much lower, the girls ladies dont feel pressure to do stuff they arent comfortable with.

Even the chinese ladies who work here occasionally, but are more regular at other shops that have high expectations find it hard when customers just expect fs.

Can only speak for myself, I expect nothing. If I’m offered something, that’s fine. If not, that’s fine too.
Having said that; I ignore the bosses messages, and do see a couple of the girls at other shops.
