I do a great service, but I feel like I flop in my intros, amd was hoping you could share with me what you look for when you meet a bunch of ladies and what makes "the right one" stand out to you. I would really value your insights!

1. Fully shows the body with whatever theyre wearing. Not just peeking the head through the door or something.
2. Stays a bit longer on intros, rather than just saying "hi, im blabla" then leaves. Its better to stand there 3-5 seconds longer so the punter can take a look.

Those are the basic ones imo.

But overall, for me, i pick it based on my tastes.
Body type, face, overall looks, demeanor, does she seem happy/energetic/attractive or does she just feel like she'll just do the work without any enthusiasm, even just for show.

Its somehow getting a connection in those few seconds you introduce yourself. And thats just mainly based on looks, how you present yourself, and how show your demeanor/attitude.

Ive had mls who didnt look the best in the lineup, but they seemed to be more energetic/enthusiastic, and i chose them over th super beautiful ones.

Theres been times the super beautiful ones are too jaded and just want to service the punter and get paid. I know thats what probably every lady wants to do, make money and get the punter to leave.

But some punters like a bit of gfe, even to see the girl kinda enjoy the session too, etc.

1. Wear something elegant and not slutty. The top girl in a shop wore long dress in her photos while many wore low cut, short skirts, hot pants and exposing their midriffs. She stands out.
I often talk to a Mamasan/owner of a shop who is a great photographer. The other day she got a girl to wear long black nylon stockings for a photo. Wow she looked so different. The Mamasan was formerly a dressmaker. She bought the dress and altered it and styled the girl for the shoot. The moment she uploaded the photo she had new bookings.
I used to see the girls wearing the same old boring dress and boring heels like a uniform and don't pay attention to their manicure. I look for little details like that.

2. Change your hair style once a while. A friend of my regular ML I often met in a shop just had a new bob cut. She looked so different and attractive. Suddenly I had a desire to have her.

3. Learn to smile in front of a mirror. I've photographed a few hundred of models. There is a model I always remember. Her smiles are so genuine and appealing that the advertisers book her for shoots just for that smiles. Make yourself warm and friendly. I saw more than a few girls having long faces and blank expression in the lineup.

It's a hard job. I take my hat off to you for your stamina although I know you'll make loads of money more than I.

Look into their eyes when doing an intro, a lot of girls look at the floor the ceiling over your shoulder at your dick. They're not confident enough to look you in the eyes.
Be confident and as Sibon mentioned genuinely smile, look like you're interested in the person in front of you.
And as Tawer5ag said linger for a few seconds when facing, turn slowly and as your leaving stop look over your shoulder and remind us of your name because we want a good look at you from many angles (front, side and back) and because we're like boys in a lolly shop (points and says "I'll have that") and we can only process one thought at a time and didn't bother with your name the first time.

Intros.
A smile, a hint of confidence, a glimpse of what it is that makes you special compared to the others maybe...

As was said though, sometimes it's just "the look".

The two most memorable introductions I can recall the girls were quite different, but they shared one common trait, a beautiful confident smile. One was a tall eastern European girl who could have been Jennifer Hawkins' twin sister. She introduced herself with a big cheeky smile, she could tell I was under her spell by the fact my tongue fell out of my mouth and rolled down the floor to where she stood. She told me her name, went to walk away, stopped, turned, looked over her shoulder and, like I was a puppy, said "You wanna come with me?" while motioning with her head out of the room. I jumped off the chair and bounded out of that room like an untrained labradoodle. I was so excited I nearly peed on the floor, also like an untrained labradoodle...
The second was an amazingly beautiful Vietnamese girl, who walked in to the room, turned and closed the door behind her, so I hadn't yet seen her face, all I could see was what looked like a gorgeous figure under a sleek black skirt. She then turned, flicking her hair just a fraction, and then smiled the most amazing smile (accentuated by her stunning red lipstick, amazingly flawless pale skin, and perfect grey eyes, that beamed and hinted at a fun but strong personality) as she introduced herself. The power of speech escaped me, all I could say was "Wow...". She laughed and repeated "Wow?". I still hadn't regained brain function so I could only say again Wow... Umm, Hi, nice to umm meet you..." then I realised I had forgotten to breathe... She laughed and there was never any doubt that I was staying with her.. for 90mins..

Does any of that help? Probably not. But if you know what is special about yourself, stands you out from the crowd, play on that, there's no silver bullet that works for all guys but at least from the variety of responses given you should be starting to form an idea of how to make it work for you.

Ditch the intros they are useless.

Punting is a lot like a movie. Every movie has an intro, a body and an ending and nobody remembers the intro, but they never forget the body and the ending.
Just make sure there's a happy ending as most punters here are very sentimental.

Last lineup I had in a shop went as follows, it may help you secure more bookings:

Girl 1 - Shy, shook hands, said her name and then darted out of the room. Pretty standard in many situations but doesn't make an impression.
Girl 2 - Strides in and declares that she doesn't do anal, no fingers inside and her minimum booking is 45mins. Then says her name, doesn't shake hands and promptly leaves. Even if I was there for anal there is no way in hell I would book her with that attitude.
Girl 3 - Enters the room and says "ooh my night just got better!", intros herself, shakes my hand, winks, and as she is leaving whispers, "you look fun".

Now it should be obvious that I picked No.3 in a heartbeat. No.1 was probably more classically attractive (or maybe just my type) but the attitude and enthusiasm of No.3 was all I needed.

How can you do something similar?

In my mind, us sad punters want to feel special. So anything you can do or say to make us feel that we are somehow welcome and different to every other man you have met that day (even though we're not) will only help your chances. Saying something like "you look fun" or "you look like you have some talents" will only stoke our curiosity. Other than that be enthusiastic and confident and you will set yourself apart from 90% of the WL's in the market.

I see FS WLs and don't really visit MLs so might not apply to you... but regardless, for me personally, a smile, a touch (handshake is fine), eye contact and a "hello how are you" or "nice to meet you" is what I'd like to see in an intro. Doesn't need to be anymore, but that just tells me that you're a friendly girl. A 6/10 WL that does this for me in an intro, versus a 9/10 WL that doesn't, I would pick the 6/10.
