Somebody previously said Ada / 200 Stanmore was setting up shop in Petersham. Is this it, and would be still classed / licenced by the council as a fully licensed venue as per prior use!
Was K-Town could now be Thai Town.

It used to be owned by a middle age korean dude. I used to see him at the casino doing 3k - 5k a hit on the baccarat tables in the VIP room a fair bit. Doesn't matter how many happy ending the girls do and you get half as a owner but thats not a sustainable level business model to survive.

Pretty sure he also owned Juliets at burwood behind the police station.
