Is it normal to be ask extra up front, I went in yesterday, the receptionist asked me up front, what are you looking for, I said massage she then proceeded to charge me $90 instead of $60, I was so confused, what if I don’t want extras or the lady is just not my type, have you guys ever experienced this at this shop, is it a trend now?

No it's not, and you should walk. If you aren't going to take extras, they will ask you to leave. If you do, and you give the cash first, they will do a low standard job because they got your money already. Been there done that at this exact shop before.

Hmmmmm interesting. I know the manager who is usually there and is quite accomodating and not pushy - in my experience it has been pay massage fee only first......BUT

.....if she's not there and you strike one of the Lb's they may be a bit more ruthless, not that you want a LB.

Either way only pay for massage first, if they don't like that walk..there are other options close by.

I’d never been asked before, to pay upfront, until twice, recently?
One was a hottie working in a low socioeconomic area. So, I get that…probably thought I might do a runner?
The other was a glammed up bush pig, that obviously knew, once her kit was off….I’d be saying no to extras!!!
Hit and miss, I guess….a gamble?
I’ve visited the hottie a few times since. Never been asked again to pay up front again.
The bush pig…..never been back, for obvious reasons.
