Just thought I should leave a bit of positive feedback for a change. Saw my regular at Y&H Virginia. Started 10 minutes late, but I was very impressed when she went overtime to make up the 10 minutes. This brings customers back.

I would have probably walked after 10 minutes, however so far, I have only had pleasant sessions at Y&H. With V in particular...
