How long since you've been to Chiang Rai? Slim pickings up that way now mate (since Covid) unless you plan to stay a couple of months and get into the local scene.

Chiang Mai still has enough to keep a monger occupied without having to do the whole courting thing and i would also suggest Udon Thani as a reasonable place to spend a couple of weeks. If you are a bit younger and have some game and style about you, Khon Kaen is definitely worth a visit. Big University there where a lot of girls from all over Issan come to and a half decent looking foreigner can be big hit in that town.

For me, nothing beats Bangkok, not even Pattaya. It's mystical and an adult Disneyland. When Bangkok gets hold of you, she can keep hold of you for days or weeks, or in the case of 2 of my mates, she has never let them go.....lucky cunts!
