The face. They all seem to have a similar look, and I think it’s got something to do with the jaw line. It’s that look they get when they “feminize” most other features but cannot do the same to their jawbone structure towards the back.

And her fingers. Photo 5/13, you can see that the ring finger appears to be longer than the index finger. This almost never happens with women because it indicates high testosterone levels at birth.

Hey, it's not too good to be true if you are into transgender.
I became quite good at spotting them.
There is something around the heaps, very often they have wide heaps.
Also as others people mentioned it, the hands are a good call, it often show age and masculinity.
