Think it's a stupid business idea, probably will go bust.

BUT, while it's still going, this could be a cheap and easy way to get a quickie without paying for a hotel room!

$15 / hour or cheaper. What do you think??

Heck, even if not for the price, I like the idea of fucking a hottie while lots of other hotties are just outside walking around!

Yes, I know some shops rent out their rooms. 42G does it too. However, those are brothels. Not going to be suitable for most people, I don't think.

I actually started exploring them because I need a private workspace for 1 day a week when the kid doesn't go to childcare. Came across this, and then "realisation" started dawning on me!

I had a look at the one in World Square. Can't really see inside. It's supposed to give you privacy to conduct your "business meetings".

People on Reddit already calling them bonk or BJ boxes, lol!

Think about it. You pull a hottie at world Square and do the "task" right there in that pod...

Love Hotels (Japanese style) are overdue for Australia. I wonder why no one has started them.

I think they are a good idea. With my work there are often zoom meetings. Often I have to sit in the car and connect. But this seems to cheap. How will they recover their rent.

I thought in Sydney there were love hotels. These are not popular as most people can afford a place and use it to get frisky. Japan has issue with small apartments and young people still living at home. These are also popular in other Asian countries.

Someone did actually setup a Love Hotel in Sydney. It was in one of the upstairs lots on Pitt St, on the same stretch as all those MPs that are still there now. It closed down around when COVID started or a bit before that.

I used it a few times. Reasonably clean initially, but it went downhill towards the end. Wasn't popular at all.

I dunno if it's because that operator did a bad job running it or the whole concept is not viable in Australia due to social norms? Who knows, who dares to try after seeing that one fail?

And, maybe with the rental crisis and more people sharing homes, it might be viable again now!

Yeah I thought of that but figured they probably can't do that legally. That's invasion of privacy, especially when you're expected to be conducting business there.
