Try Coconut oil, the best is the organic, cold pressed, virgin product. Its used by a lot of porn stars and has many advantages over normal lube. Olive oil (preferably extra virgin - though it won't remain virgin for very long) is best. Any other monounsaturated oil like avocado or peanut etc will do.
Some polyunsaturated oils are also OK, and have the added benefit of a higher smoke point if you are going really hard and fast.
Generally best to avoid saturated fats like butter, lard etc, unless you are with a really fat chick or are a fat bastard yourself.
Definitely avoid trans fats - unless you are with a ladyboy of course in which case you you will probably naturally crack a trans fat anyway.
