Getting a massage only at rnt shops

Hi guys just wondering if any of you frequently go to a rnt shop for the massage only? Sometimes I'm really tired and all I want is a good deep hard massage to relieve tension/pressure, there are a few places where the base rates are cheaper than legit massage places (remedial/rebate etc), e.g. $45/$60/$70, if I rock up for say 30 mins and just ask for massage the whole session would that offend the ML or shop? I've always finished with rnt + extras in the past but lately I'm getting drained out and tired and just wanna relax, so am just curious, don't wanna be shadow-banned from the shop lol jk

Most shops would be pretty unhappy if you did that. The ones with a larger focus on Part 1 might be okay with it though. Try Candy from 518 Kent (if that shop is still running), I think she mentioned she occasionally gets female customers who obviously only want a massage

Yeah they are usually pretty gruff if you try and dodge the extras, I’ve done it after the massage was very lack luster

Just ask up front, a busy shop probably wouldn't be happy missing out on tips for the session, but if things are quiet thay might say better than nothing, or offer you a slightly higher 'massage only' rate.

There are legitimate Thai massage shops with no hanky and panky behind closed doors. The girls don't take their clothes off. Some shops are located in shopping centres.

I've had my best massage experiences at Dream Relaxing Massage at St Peters. Lori on reception is very experienced and has obviously worked as a pro massage provider before. But I agree with the sentiment above, I'm there for a massage AND release, so if I'm not there for both, why waste the providers time? There are plenty of pro massage joints and many that have healthcare rebates.

The girls who work in typical rnt shops would not be happy with getting paid a tiny amount (they make 50% or less of what you pay the shop) to give you a straight massage because they rely heavly on the "tips" they get giving punters happy endings and sometimes more.
You are better off going to places which would not have HE on offer (and would refuse if you asked). For example, the Thai massage shop at 129 Clarence St, Sydney above Machiavelli Restaurant. I went there a while ago and it was only regular massage on offer.

In recent months, regular Thai and Chinese massage places (no extras) have all upped their prices, and it seems the going rate for an hour is around $90. The happy ending places advertise $70 because they expect punters will pay an extra $50 or more....

You guys are right (as I expected), I went today for a test drive (one of my usual shop in the west), told the mamasan I'm tired and need 30 mins massage only, picked a new/different ML, just in case, went in the room and told the ML that I'm tired today and has some back pain/soreness, so I just need a 30 mins massage today, she didn't say anything, probably didn't understand (or just played dumb), I then went on the table with my underpants on, hoping she would get the idea, she immediately took it off lol, I thought to myself "ah well, there it goes", I didn't push it because I didn't wanna upset the ML.

During the massage I was just chilling, trying to relax and zone out (no touching or anything), after 20 mins of a very decent massage (for a rnt place), she started playing with my balls and flipped me over, took her clothes off in a nano second, and jumped on the table and said $150 extra, I was a bit shocked actually but said nah not today (not enough time and a bit tired), she then said $100 BJ and was quite pushy, I said alright just $50 for the HJ coz we don't have much time left (knowing that I probably won't enjoy the HJ but didn't wanna upset her), she still seemed a bit upset and rolled her eyes, it was indeed a very mechanical and rough HJ (just wanna get me to cum asap) so it wasn't a relaxing experience, part 1 was definitely much more enjoyable, but then again my goal wasn't to release this time.

After it's all done, I paid her the extra while jokingly said: "the $50 is a tip for your good massage", she was upset again and told me $50 is the extra for nude HJ (well I knew that).

So basically like everyone said rnt is for massage AND release, that just confirmed my thoughts, extra is to be "expected", like an unspoken rule, sometimes I wonder why the nude/HJ part is not simply just included in the price like most other places...

Ya I can definitely just leave n say no to the extra and make everyone upset lol, ain't no law against that, but I also didn't wanna be a d*ck, ironically she gave one of the best massage I've ever had in a rnt place, too bad her attitude stank...ah well, during the actual massage I was actually thinking to myself "damn she gave a good strong massage with the right pressure at the right places I should definitely return", but it all went downhill after that...

Anyway it was probably a bit silly of me to start this thread, what was I expecting, rnt is called rub-and-tug for a reason, MLs expect you to finish/cum, stick to legit massage places for massage-only, it's just not easy to find decent legit massage places with good prices/rebate and close to where I live, sometimes I wonder if I rock up to a "legit" massage place and it turns out to be a rnt place lol, I think one sure way to tell is the rebate question, unfortunately I've used up all mine...

(20 mins of massage + 10 mins of HJ) vs (30 mins of massage)

If the ML is great at massage.
One pro is that the MLs are usually hotter and younger than the typical legit massage places, and if there's connection/chemistry (good conversation etc), I have the option to return next time for the extras

That's what I noticed as well, more and more MLs these days are pushing/opening up for more extras (probably due to reduced customers in general), some may not be thrilled with just a HJ lol, sometimes I find that a little off putting, that's one advantage of going to a rnt place with all inclusive prices (nude/HJ), no need to haggle that shit.

Interestingly, I have been to a couple of legit massage shops over the years when once the girl has seen you a couple of times she offered HJ for a bit more money.

One was the Japanese QVB that was at 199 Clarence St CBD. It was totally legit for a long time where I went over 3 or 4 years, but once the Japanese girl that became friendly having seen her half a dozen times she suggested a “private extra” for $70…. But stayed fully dressed. I guess she needed cash. She didn’t know how to give a HJ… so despite the thrill it was lousy.

The other legit place was Thai in the middle of Norton St Leichhardt. You always see female customers there. Before COVID I had a couple of legit massages by a nice Thai girl called Jocey who offered a HJ for $50 but was fully clothed. She insisted I paid her the cash before proceeding so I had to jump off the table to get it. So much for trust!

The next time I saw her I said if she isn’t getting undressed I won’t pay for a HJ. She then asked for $100 which I paid because by then I was very keen to see her naked. After covid I found she has left.

My experience. I use R&T for massage, and massage is all I ask for since my operation. The caveat is that the regular I see now is a very good masseuse. The understanding is I tip the rate for P1 and I get a very good hours worth of massage. My guess is I am paying $30 more than a legit shop but I have had ordinary massages from the legit shops. A lot of ML are very good masseuses. Easy to understand as some have been massaging for 5 or 6 years, 5 or 6 days a week. The "old" girls really had to be good at P1 and P2 to kept the regulars. They were not part of P2.5 or P3 regime that is now all prevalent since Covid. Maybe I am lucky but I don't experience any negativity for only paying minimum. 😎

Nah. Not worth it.
There are a few girls in R&T shops who are trained masseuses or have learnt from years of experience and can give a good massage but most just give a basic rub.
They are not there to give massages, It's all about the extras. That is their main source of income. That's the business model.
You are better off going to a legit place and getting a proper massage from a trained professional.
it will cost roughly the same anyway or just few bucks more but it will be worth it.

A good question. A consideration that is often lost about these girls is just how religious many are. Ten years ago coming to Australia was a short time gig. Good money and good life still. Massage and pulling dick was the job and their God was happy that they looked after themselves and their family. Now it is a dog eat dog business with all the baggage and morality that comes with it. The boundaries have changed with the need for money, and now there is a stretching band they are trying to navigate. Many, and I mean many, do not cope well. The job is not the gig they expected, and their ability and their moral compass is at odds 😎

While debating these issues, we should all remember that every ML and WL at every shop works there for the money. She is working to earn an income.
She would not be there if she had another way to make better money. These girls are not working there because they have a deep desire or a mission in life to give men pleasure.

So, gents.... it is always a business transaction. Not one iota more. That girl you fancy isn't working in a massage shop or a brothel because she loves getting fingered by you!

yup exactly, all the "legit" shops around me (that I know of) charge around 110-130 per hour, some a bit more, it's just the area I live in I guess...and I also don't want to travel far just for a "legit" massage, I'd prefer to go somewhere close by (punting is a different story hehe). If I find a good "legit" shop close to me charging only $80 an hour and they do a good job then the choice is easy.

I've also used up all my rebate on acupuncture (same category as remedial massage unfortunately) so I'm afraid that's out of the question :(

Lucky indeed :) you are in the ideal situation I wanna be in: finding a good ML who offers a good firm massage, doesn't mind taking a smaller tip just for Part 1 all the way through.

The typical consensus is that legit shops usually offer better massages (professional masseuse, trained etc), but I've had some decent massages lately at rnt shops which makes me question the whole thing, but unfortunately like people said most rnt shops are after the extras, it's all about the tips for them $$

I'll probably just visit a legit shop for now just for the massage (have to do more research on good local shops), and save the rnt for release/HJ etc.

I have a feeling that most of them would prefer part 2, HJ/B2B requires less physical effort than a hard/firm massage, and like you said they've done so much of it they probably don't have an aversion to it + it's potentially more money for them, i.e. part 2 leading to part 3 (if they offer it, which more and more do these days)

So in other words, if I offer the same HJ tip $50 and ask them to continue with a firm/hard massage for the next 10-15 mins, they probably wouldn't be too thrilled...imagine if every customer does that, she would be more drained at the end of the day, probably end up with less money as well

They tend to have Chinese operators so it would probably be Chinese style massage. Lots of pushing and prodding, not much deep tissue slow massage, so the style is quite different from RNT style which is more Thai style.

On the flipside, they only charge about $80 /hr. Worth a try.

Straightly speaking for a good firm part 1 massage, RnT shop would always do a better job because they can massage freely to the top of your groins area without any hesitation or restrictions. Your lower parts are full of pressure points, most of those are closely related to man’s health.

She walked out front with my money so I got ready and on the table then in walked Natalie and said I’d be seeing her. Kind of hard to walk out when you’re already naked on the table and was too awkward to back out at that point so went through with the massage and just refused any extras. Seriously pissed of Natalie but I just point blank told her that I was told I was seeing the first girl not her and I probably would have done extras with her but the switch had put me in a rubbish mood.

Yea need to look around more in my area I guess, funny I never used to pay attention to those legit remedial shops, a lot of the ones in my area are owned by traditional Chinese medicine practitioners (old ladies in their 50s or 60s), their massage styles are also different like you said, more prodding, pressure points etc, not the typical Thai style massage you'd get from a rnt place.

When I was still learning the system here, had an experience where the ML was doubling as the receptionist, resulting in an unsatisfactory massage interuptus so declined her offer of extras. She then informed me that while the posted price was $65/hr, that was "with extras"; without was $90. We reached a mutually agreeable solution, but I have no doubt she was serious. I don't know what her split with the shop was, nor what Australian minimum wage is, but sure she wouldn't be happy working in a shop for such.
