After seeing this place as a featured advertiser on another forum, I checked it out since I was curious.
On the roster was "Jennifer" who was described as a Chinese 29 yo with G-cup tits! Her description and picture was also super enticing.

It is a new establishment with zero reviews elsewhere but since I liked big tits and this place was a featured advertiser, I decided "fuck it why not?"

I arrived there and "Jennifer" was as different from the description and pictures as could be. She was not Chinese, had A-B cup tits, and was a complete disappointment.
I wished I walked out of there at that moment. But I was a newbie punter. I made the mistake of listening to my dick and staying.

What ensued was me getting bait and switched, biting the bait, and paying $130 for a CBJ (+$60 for the massage). Yes, the extra CBJ was $130 alone!

I regretted everything on the way home but I learnt some valuable lessons.
1. Just because they're a featured advertiser, it doesn't add anything to their credibility.
2. NEVER listen to my dick in these types of situations.
3. Always be aware that the option to walk out is always open to me.

Do not go to this place unless you want to get scammed!

I have heard the girls forgetting their shop names, but this is a case of the manager forgetting who's who.
I have quickly compared their wechat posts with the roster on the other forum.

I still wouldn't recommend anybody go here because they still willingly employed bait and switch tactics.
I checked their recent WeChat photos + descriptions and none it matched up to the ML I was with.

It's a safe bet to avoid this place for the time being.

Drove past this place a few days ago maybe just opened.

I'm sure they are experienced operators but not a great start if they want punters to them a go esp with good options close by like Epping 41 and Pope St Top Ryde.

$130 for cbj is ridiculous. I know I’ve paid $200 for fs with Freya but looking back on it I don’t regret it at all and think it was worth it, although I wouldn’t make it a regular thing. Plenty of other places in Sydney now. The market will dictate. Epping in general is definitely not cheap to punt in

I am not trying to be a white knight here but I visited this play twice three weeks ago. The Tuesday and Friday line up are on spot. I asked the ladies I saw in their roster and service is excellent IMO. The only comment I have is add numbers in their age if the ad say 21yrs but hey guess what it is also similar to the other shops.
