Shop vs private

Hi guys, sorry to bore you with questions.

I’m fairly new to the Sydney scene so I was wondering what’s the advantage/disadvantage between going to a shop and going private?

I’m from the states where this is totally illegal so there are only private ones. So far I’ve only been to sakura and ace here. Should I also try going private?

Unless you can afford to pay more, I’d stick with shops. Plenty of reviews for the WL’s at shops also so you know what your paying for.

I feel privates are abit hit and miss especially lately… just my experience anyway

Sydney has a great shop scene never seen the benefit of private. Private has some exclusive girls but at least from the outside they don't seem worth the extra price. I'd say private girls are well worth the effort to go for. You can sometimes get girls that are exclusively not available in shops. Not every girl is OK with even a remote chance of being seen going to and working in a brothel.

Plus, prices in shops these days have increased to a point now that make the prospect of seeing a private girl a lot more compelling. It used to be $200 vs $450, no brainer right? Nowadays, it's easily $320 vs $450. For a bit more than $100 bucks, you get to fuck a possibly younger and fresher girl, in the comfort of a private apartment. They could even be close to where you live, saving you time and money for travelling. What's there not to like?

The only thing is to keep a few precautions to protect yourself. Here are a few:

- there are 2 types of private girls. Agency girls and pure private girls. Agency girls tend to be safer bets (in terms of quality and your actual physical safety) but usually cost more. Since you're new to the place, you should start with agency girls, then move on to real private girls once you are familiar with Sydney.

- with agency girls, higher price usually equals better girls. Younger, fresher, better body, etc. The reason for the increased pricing is usually stated on their profiles.

- never try to book a private girl in a neighbourhood that you are not familiar with. If you're really desperate, research the neighbourhood beforehand. If it's a rough area, stay the fuck away. You could get robbed or worse.

- for pure private girls, I think the best site to use is Scarlet Blue. They seem to have better policing, a lot less reports of bait and switch or scams than the other sites.

- if you have to venture out to the other private sites (eg E&B, Locanto, etc), use the price as your guide. Photo shows a young hottie, in a good location (eg. CBD, where rent ain't cheap!), price is only $250/hr? Forget about it, it's a scam / bait & switch, for sure! Generally any decent looking private girl priced below $300/hr is a big red flag (note: this could change with inflation).

- last tip: use this forum as your guide. The private sections are loaded with very helpful tips from bros here.

Thanks everyone who replied to the message and thanks for the words of encouragement.

I do find that the price range for private girls can range from 150 to 1000. haha. That's also what's throwing me off. In terms of bait and switch, I also find it annoying that most of the asian shops seems to use altered or flat out fake pictures of the girls. Some do provide real pics, but usually also mixed with fake ones.

So you guys mention going through agencies for private, any one you recommend?

First point is money. Does $300 make any dent in your weekly income?
If not, spend up on all the options mentioned
If money is hard to come by, learn all about shops first.

1. generally a bit cheaper, although like someone mentioned the difference is not as big these days

private:

1. More privacy, discreet, comfort etc

So after reading up and visiting a few more shops, I find that there are an over abundance of asian WLs. Is that pretty much the norm here in Sydney? thats why you only bring enough cash with you to cover the session, and leave all you valuables and jewellery at home, also when you walk into the apartment just ask if anyone else is here and ask to use the bathroom, gives you time to look around, and if she says no one is here and a door is closed just open it and have a look, that way you have an opportunity to walk straight out before cash is exchanged, if you are concerned about being drugged, only drink your own bottle water, and look at the girl to see if she looks clean or a junkie

plus before i choose a private, i look at her advertising history, if she has been in the same location for a while, as thieves normally don't operate in the same location for the fear of being arrested, the most that can happen is you get a dud service and a std for not using protection

One more precaution you can take is try to go for non-local private girls. Look for broken English, maybe girls of Asian origin. Avoid Lebanese at all cost because they could've easily gotten citizenship and most likely are.

Reason for this is the migrants stand to lose a whole lot more than locals if caught. They could get deported. I don't think robbing a few hundred bucks is worth their trouble!

I used to start out going private cause i found it more secluded. No need to worry about prying eyes, sounds of other punters fucking, punters coming in out and, door bell ringing.
Private, just you and the girl its like going back to her place to fuck, take a shower and leave. However privates may cost more. Disadvantages most likely to be catfish and robbed, so quite a lot of research is required to make a safe punt.

With privates, they could photoshop and by the time you found the place in the suburb and got there, found parking you have already spent 2 hrs. The cheaper asian ones are more likely bait and swicth. Although you may find a gem.

One strategy is to mix it up and enjoy both as it's called punting sometimes you win and other times loose. But never send a deposit as the scammers will try doing this.

Thanks for the thoughts and advices. It does kind of sound like it comes down to budget and preference. Actually, after a few duds at some asian shops, I found that N5M have been pretty good and consistent. Seems like it has many good AR as well.

Shops are definitely much much better value and the service is even better. Younger girls, and if the service isn't up to par you may even get a slight refund.
Privates are mostly bait and switch or time wasters. Some are awesome though but for 2-3 times the price of the shop.

Safety is a concern for privates so definitely prefer shops, even though there is a trade off when it comes to privacy
