On premise health check?

What exactly does "health check" made by a provider entail? I noticed from some ARs, a lot of caucasian establishments does this. I'm planning to visit one soon. I've only been to asian parlors so far so I don't know how it goes.

My concern is that I have an old acne scars on my upper pubic area from shaving it wrong. They are very noticeable up close, will the girl freak out if they see it? Or are they knowledgeable enough to tell it apart? What kind of symptom do they look for?

Basically anything of that sort that is noticeable on the penis prior to service that they may deem risky enough to cancel.

I see, they're mostly concerned around the penis area. My scar could looks like a sore in a bad light, maybe I'll explain what it is during a check. Bit embarrassing tho

I have pretty bad scars on my body as well (not near my penis though) and I've never had an issue, nothing to be embarrassed about...although I rarely go to Caucasian shops but the ones I've been to I've never been checked.

Those sound like scars from ingrown hairs, not acne. Plenty of people get that after a few rounds of shaving, myself included. Just explain it like it is you should be fine.

In fact, I had the opposite problem to the OP. A Chinese WL I went to see quizzed me about the scars when she noticed them during shower time. You can imagine how hard it was for me to explain about ingrown hairs and shaving to her in my half-baked Mando!

Yes I would get it checked if anything is out of the ordinary. As GoldfishMan said, its a scar from ingrown hair and I had it for 3+ years, so im not super concerned.
