I think it does have something to do with their "natural scent" from body fluid or sweat or whatever, sometimes they can't really help it, deodorant will definitely help to an extent, but many of them are not even aware of the issue so they don't bother, majority of them are fine but sometimes you run into a few, especially in the gym etc, it never bothered me personally but I have a few friends who judges big time, including WLs...so, they run into a few "bad" ones, then word gets around, the stereotype starts...
