What is your after punting ritual,
Mine is to sit in the car, compose my thoughts and than hopeful drive home safely without blanking out, than have a good feed and a solid 2 hour sleep, and than waking up feel fresh and stress free,

When i was married i use to feel guilty for cheating behind my late wife's back, now that i am single that guilt is no longer there. only loneliness for waking up alone, but that passes as i have other things to keep my mine and body occupied with,

Maybe not a ritual, but I always make sure I go talk to the receptionists after coming out. I just gave them business so they are usually the easiest to talk to at that point. So it's easier to gather intel/info on WLs and sometimes I would schedule my next booking right there. Keeping a good relationship with the receptionists is important.
