As a member of this forum, do you get excited to see a new post especially in this section Sydney General Talk,
I personally do, as this forum plays a huge role in my life, as I get to chat and share my experiences and opinions with people who have common interest,
When I get a reply even if it’s contradicting to my own opinion I just respect the different point of views,
But the one thing that gets me, has been the lack of originality lately its just been the same Q&As lately
That’s why I created 3 new posts to help us get through a normal boring Sunday.
If you have something you want to get off your chest even if it’s not related to this forum you can spill it below.
Let’s get creative and keep this forum interesting.

Got a Wechat message from a Mamasan to drum up some business.

To go to her shop because of track maintenance today I need to catch a train to Chatswood, change to a metro train to Epping, get on another train to Burwood then a bus to her shop.

Fuck it. I ain't going to go through the loop just to smell a pussy.

No pussy is worth this much hassle.

I have been thinking about exactly what you posted. I have deleted my social media accounts to reduce time wasting and I noticed that as a result I am here quite frequently. It doesn’t help that I don’t work much or I get paid to be on call doing my own thing meaning I have too much time on my hands sometimes.

To be honest I actually even thought that I should expand my social circles so I would spend less time here but why not do something I enjoy. The only thing that sometimes bothers me in here is how some folks refer to the girls and some of the callous sexual behaviours such as bbfs but what should I expect from a punters forum.

Cheers all

I do enjoy the general talk and after report.

General talk - I’ll read and participate specially if the topic is interesting and not stupid
After report - same with general talk but lately AR section is self-promotion section and some new AR seems written by the same shop.

I like it when another punter AR’s a WL that I’ve fucked and who was half decent or better. I’m always curious how the other bloke got on, what he got or missed out on. And in general I find it hot as fuck to read how another fucked the same WL hehe.

Most punters like to exaggerate their encounters with an average WL.

2 punters were insistent that no FS for a WL. But it was offered to me.

.....Not knowing or pretending not to aware that the favourite lady has been shared by a dozen of other punters on a daily basis.

Found this forum back in June when I was visiting Sydney for the first time. Somehow I kept coming back even though now I'm back home. I like the little community here about this topic. Most of the guys are decent and offers a lot of insight, so it's interesting to keep checking back for new post.

Can't wait to come back to Sydney next May, haha.

I am just new here and I find this kind of forum informative. because a lot if not all of the questions you can ever imagined had been already answered here. and of course, like any other forum sites, newbies like me are very much welcome as we act as new blood pumping in the old system. it makes the forum alive and kicking.

DGaF but will vote to sink it?
Yeah I noticed that, if you don't care, abstain! By indicating you will vote no, you clearly do GaF. If you will vote no because (insert reason based on reviewing available information and forming an opinion) that is perfectly valid. I personally have changed my mind 3 or 4 times and am still not 100% decided, but you don't vote definitively on an issue you totally don't care about.

I don’t understand why a specific government body needs to be created to then have the voice to parliament. I am not saying I don’t support, I just don’t understand. Perhaps I am naive.

Would that open the door for other voices to parliament bodies such as “make prostitution free for ditchtheboss” submission, or the like?

A lawyer friend of mine explained it to me. I'll pass it on.

"The referendum held in 1967 removed a bunch of words in s 51(xxvi) that prevented federal parliament from legislating with respect to 'the people of any race' but not Indigenous peoples residing in a state. Without that change, we would never have had the Racial Discrimination Act passed in 1975. The referendum in '67 also removed the exclusion of Indigenous Australians as part of the Australian population in things like elections and the Census (via a change to s127).

The problem with s 51(xxvi) - the 'races power' is that it has been interpreted by the High Court in a way that enables federal parliament to discriminate against Indigenous Australians. Only Justice Kirby interpreted the power differently in the Hindmarsh Island Bridge case (determining that, after 1967, the section could only support laws that were 'beneficial' to Indigenous peoples).

The Voice is an entirely separate proposal - to ensure that First Nations peoples are consulted on all laws and policies which affect them. It will be non-binding or advisory only but, by enshrining the Voice in the Constitution, the body cannot be disestablished like ATSIC was. It effectively places the existence of the Voice beyond the vagaries of politics and election cycles, although parliament retains the right to reshape the composition of the Voice via parliament. By placing the Voice machinery in legislation, this will enable greater flexibility over time and can actually enhance democracy.

I know a lot of people are worried that the 'detail' is not going to be in the Constitution. However, this is quite normal. Federal parliament currently has power to legislate on things like 'defence' (s 51(vi)), 'currency' (s 51(xii)) and 'lighthouses, lightships, beacons and buoys' (s51(vii)). The Constitution provides the foundation. Parliament builds the detail through legislation. If we specified all of the detail in the Constitution, we would never have had an air force (flight didn't exist in the 1890s for example and wasn't even contemplated as being part of 'defence' in 1900)."

There has been a few particular popular AR posters here that i like to take 'samples' from.
And when i go follow up these ARs in person the result hasn't been entirely accurate.

Totally understand its a YMMV environment, but its been consistent disappointment for me.
Will still continue to read and sample ARs because thats where part of the thrill is for me lol.

DGaF......Don't Give a Fuck.

Some observations:
This referendum will cost tax payers $370m, I'm sure there's better uses for that kind of money.

You'd think all indigenous people would be in favour of it, but when you hear the likes of choc Mundine et al speaking against it makes you wonder what the fuck are we getting into.....not that Mundine is a learned scholar or representative for indigenous affairs etc

If you wanna understand the potential advantages or ramifications for AU you only need to look at the NZ experience....and for that you'll need to ask the resident kiwis and Māoris on their experience and how it affected their country and judicial system and laws.

Will still continue to read and sample ARs because thats where part of the thrill is for me lol.I take shop photos and posted AR's the same as a restaurant's on-line menu: the photos look fantastic, the descriptions mouth watering. However, I do understand that the actual meal might look a bit less appetizing and be less filling when I sit down at the table. And there can be that annoying problem where the plate doesn't contain the full amount of sides... That's why I only trust my own gut when it's dinner time.

Like I posted elsewhere:

Disappointment: just the difference between your fantasy and reality

100%. I've kind of stopped checking it unless I'm searching for something specificI'll check out a report on a shop I visit even if there's not so much wheat in the chaff, and a lot of the Other Prefix threads. But it really is a hassle. Luckily Goggle search with an aus99 suffix works wonders.
