I missed cali. Of all the girls I have seen she is the prettiest to me and has the strongest personality. I still remember the first time I went to T5 was during the peak of covid and without any advance bookings, she was the one in a wist-high white dress greeting me at the entrance with a clipboard for my contact details and asking me to come in.

From what I see, this is an investment not buying "just furniture". There is a chance to bring back old glory days with new blood.

Dead wrong.
An established shop with high turnover and quality girls will go for that and occasionally more.
Fleabag shops with 3 smelly tradies visiting a day will not.

To whomever is buying or has bought this gem - and to all present and aspiring shop owners alike: Make sure that you establish a smooth and prompt booking procedure.
I almost lost count how often over the last months shops and MLs lost out on my business, because booking enquiries were not answered within a reasonable timeframe.
Last time it happened was last week, when according to that particular shop's roster they had 7-8 MLs on site, and yet nobody was keeping an eye on the phone, although they coudn't have been busy all at once (unless they had a few four-hand sessions going at the same time...).
I don't normally have the time (nor the patience) to wait ages for a response; if I don't hear back within 10-15 min, I move on to the next shop.
And the more often this happens to me with any given shop, the less motivated I become to try there again.

4 hands is not a common practice in shops

Can you DM the name of the shop in confidence?

My staff answer sms as soon as they hear a sms if they re not busy
They donor answer sms when massaging
Educating the girls is what shop owners need to do and train them

Having two phone numbers is another way to manage

That particular shop does have 6-8 girls on roster every day. They may not all be there at the same time, but at the time of my booking request there would have been at least 5 of them in the shop.
But however many girls any given shop has, SOMEONE needs to reply to booking enquiries - even when all girls are busy at the same time, which is probably rare.
When I text a booking request, I understand that the MLs might be busy, all the same I cannot wait what, 30, 45 or 60 min for them to finish their massages before they reply. By that time I have either booked elsewhere, or physically left the area, or otherwise just moved on with my day.
And...just my opinion...any larger shop should have a proper receptionist.
The shops/girls are there to make money, and not replying to someone who wants to visit is one of the most stupid ways to lose business.
