My sister made me smile today. I asked her to grab something from the glove box, can’t remember what it was, might have been my sunnies or something and an open box of condoms fell on her lap. We looked at each other and she started laughing, which led to both of us laughing and a sermon from my sister that it is time for me to stop living like a 20 years old party boy. She ended by saying, at least you are getting some, and we left the conversation at that. I couldn’t stop grinning the whole car trip. Funny day

Successfully booked a new girl as her first customer at one of my regular shops - turned out I already knew her from another shop, and she really went the extra mile for me today, leaving me very satisfied. The banter with the mamasan afterwards was fun too. I definitely am smiling today.

Nothing much to smile about these days. Everyday there's news of more and more unnecessary killing of innocent people.

Today, news of kids and toddlers just going about playing in a refugee camp they live, killed by bombs. I honestly wept reading that news, it just came out of me like I knew those kids. It's a horrible cruel world we live in!

I never say no to anything that helps others.

Soooo cleaning up putrid toilets is ok as long as you have the chemicals to do it.

I love bringing them up pristine and clean knowing full well some asshole is going to soil them.

Thinking about a certain WL at 5am this morning as I watched the sun start coming up over the ocean.

I recently had a great conversation with a close friend about our mutual aspirations. It made me realize that no matter what life throws at us, having someone who has your back makes it easier to get through the hard times and celebrate the good moments! This is a great post ! Seeing there are people who can find happiness and satisfaction in simple things in life is enough to put a smile on my face. Much better than reading grumpy messages, the whole world is at fault kind of posts.

BOTG today. Found out that a fav's reason for closing her instant messaging account was NOT due to her retiring but rather due to a phone catastrophe. She couldn't recover the original account so had to create a new one. Hard to tell who had the bigger smile, me or her, when I went to her shop to find out what happened to her and we saw each other. Sometimes luck is with you.

May be dumb or not within the realms of the intention of this thread but I smiled at getting some stupidly good, high-level customer service from a ServiceNSW office in Raymond Terrace. Not just did I get the good service but the entire office, all staff and customers just had a good positive happy vibe going for the time I was in there.

Was a great experience actually, and moreso given that all of my experiences at the office at East Maitland (Greenhills) has me dreading having to deal with ServiceNSW.

You clearly want someone to chase you to the ends of the earth. Just don't rile them up unless you can start making promises you would keep.

It hurts less when someone you like riles you up after meeting your expectations. In this case, I met yours but you haven't met mine. That's why it hurts you, what I've said. Just say the magic word and I'll let you take me for a ride wherever, whenever you want.
