I pay far more attention to their opening moves. Before money is exchanged.

Planning your punt: Ready your money (Set an amount that you're willing to burn, don't spend too much if you can't)
The actual punting day: Act normal, no one is keeping score. a few mistake there and then is ok. that makes it fun and natural.

Always sort out extras and cost at the start then ask if it's ok we start with me giving the ML a massage - all so far seem keen and usually within 5 mins of them walking in the room they are laying naked on the table
